Welcome to The Soul Man Scotland (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and attendance at any readings, sessions, classes, or events provided by us. By booking or attending a session, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Deposits

  • All bookings must be made through our online booking system or directly with us.

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session price is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within two week of your booking. Please see our FAQ for more.

  • Your booking may not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your session.

3. Cancellations and Reschedules

  • If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations within two weeks of the booking.

  • Energy Alignment Policy:

    • If a reading does not resonate due to blocked or misaligned energy, you are entitled to one rearranged session with a different reader.

    • Your deposit will carry over to this new session.

    • If the second session still does not work, you will not pay the remaining balance, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • This ensures fair energy exchange and respects the time and skill of our readers.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Please try to be on time and call if you are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances - 0131 241 3058.

  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of the session.

5. Nature of Spiritual Services

  • Our services provide guidance, insight, and reflection; they are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

  • Our readers do not predict death, deliver definitive future outcomes, or give negative messages as fact.

  • Each session is a unique energy exchange between client and reader.

6. Liability Limitation

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Man Scotland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

  • We are not responsible for personal decisions made based on readings.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.

8. Agreement

  • By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
