CLAIRE

I’m the Shop Manager and have been part of The Soul Man Scotland from the start. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Steven for the past 8 years and I now manage The Soul Man team. I come from a spooky family, as I say, and in my 20s, I was gifted my first set of tarot cards. They travelled with me to the other side of the world to Australia where I had a major spiritual experience and did a lot of soul searching.

I love all aspects of my role but most of all seeing people leave our shop with a smile and a grateful tear just melts my heart. Thank you all who have supported me during my time with The Soul Man. I love you all!

JOHANNE

After being in the hairdressing industry for 26 years, I am now moving on, and here at The Soul Man Scotland I continue to follow my heart and do what I have been shown to do from a young age and that's to work with spirit. From a very young age I have always known I was different to everyone else. I could never get my head around why no one else could see, hear, smell the things I could but I kept this side of me hidden away.

After doing a few courses it was very clear to me where my heart should be. I am trained in Reiki level 1 and 2, and I am currently in my second year on the Mediumship diploma course and I'm absolutely loving it!

Lily

Over the past few years, I've began to understand my inner self, the discovering of my spiritual side. I connect beyond the veil using a physic/mediumistic connection to create art. The art I create through drawing, these can be portraits of spirit guides, our loved ones living or those that have passed or visions from the spiritual realm. The art of souls. Alongside my spiritual art, I give readings and written messages. I provide 1:1 readings, online readings, and I'm flexible for those who have day-day life commitments.

I also continue my development continue using cards, pendulums and doing tea leaf reading.  Hopefully, in the future I will also be doing some workshops. 

Having the opportunity to work at The Soul Man and work with the team, is breathtaking, it's a dream! My aim is to make people smile, to love, show kindness, and welcome people into this wonderful community, where you can relax, make friends, laugh and be you.

NIKKI

My specialty is Angelic Reiki. My favourite readings to do are Tarot and connecting with the spirit world. I love to provide comfort and evidence of the soul after this life.

In my spare time, I love pranking my husband and 3 kids, spending time with family and friends, and doing things that give me an adrenaline rush.

TAMZIN

After joining the team here at The Soul Man Scotland in 2021, I have become the person I always have been deep down - kind, caring and compassionate. Finding understanding of who I am as a person has helped me understand others in ways I never could before.

As the Assistant Manager, I support the readers and customers, and use my own life experiences to help others. My job entails a lot of different aspects which include bookings, meeting and greeting customers, answering phone calls, refreshments, organisation of the shop, coordinating the team, and making sure that our clients are well looked after. I am the first point of contact when you come into our space, and I greet every client with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.

GEMMA

I’m the Marketing Officer. After hearing experiences throughout my life which I couldn’t explain, I developed an interest in spirits, things unseen, energy and living a positive life. So, I first visited The Soul Man Scotland after being recommended by a friend and my reading was incredible. I joined The Soul Man team because of this amazing experience, and because I quickly learned that this is a place which values kindness, wanting to help others, and connecting people with their deepest selves.

As the Marketing Officer, I get to think of creative and new ways to spread the word about the positive and amazing things happening at The Soul Man Scotland!

PAM

I’m the Administrative Officer for The Soul Man Scotland.

I believe there is nothing that music cannot fix… Music speaks every language with no need for words. Connections are made, memories restored, plans set in action. My passion is in teaching others how to learn to play musical instruments and search deep within themselves to bring out their own musicianship and build confidence around their ability to perform.

STEVEN

My role at The Soul Man Scotland is only what I’d describe as the best job in the world. It’s so multifaceted and hard to put into words. My role is to support my amazing team to do their role to the best of their abilities. I support Claire and Tamzin in their roles as Manager and Assistant Manager so our The Soul Man Scotland team are supported to live and breathe our ethos of kindness, strengthening our brand, and making sure our customers feel every bit of love they have for their jobs and in turn make them and our wider community feel valued and cared for. Everything I talk about in my live vlogs, blogs, TikToks, stories is about kindness, understanding, care, compassion and empathy.

An important part of my role is our training academy, The Soul Man Academy, and I focus on ensuring our course content is vibrant, exciting and has value in line with our ethos and values, by enabling people to believe in themselves. I enjoy being a guest on podcasts, holding public talks and demonstrations, and networking by making new connections with people and brands who align with our values. And most importantly, never forgetting the promise I made to the unseen world all those years ago that I would create a community of all the above, providing a safe space for our customers, team and wider community whatever that space inhabits!

My focus is to provide a valid experience based practice of mediumship that is always honest and infused with care, leaving people always better than they were when they arrived. I can’t express how much gratitude I feel for our amazing managers, our team and our wonderful community who make The Soul Man Scotland a very special piece of my heart.
